Every client we take on has a different starting point but for a client just beginning the process of entering the US this is our typical 3 step approach (45 days):
- Build clients portfolios to be used for business creation, bank loans, visas, etc.
- Once IBA has finalized each client’s portfolio/background, IBA will coordinate meetings with CPA/Attorney to Create/Form a new Legal Entity in the United States.
- Once Entity is established and the legal company documents signed by members, IBA will coordinate and facilitate meetings with financial institutions to establish new banking relationships for clients.

BA works closely with a Federally-licensed U.S. Tax Attorney and Enrolled Agent who can help you with the tax-related legal issues you may have.

Banking & Commercial Financing
IBA works with financial institutions & foreign investors in order to maximize their investment and create financially feasible projects.
With supporting financial documentation a Foreign Investor(s) can leverage the original investment amount of $200k to $600k as 30% equity for a Commercial Real Estate Project.
$200k equity will get investor $700,000.00 total for a project.
$400k equity will get investor $1.333 Million total for a project.
$600k equity will get investor $2 Million total for a project.
